We’re excited to be working with a growing independent media agency based in Brighton to hire a Paid Media Lead.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of paid digital media across a varied client base, while helping to shape how digital performance evolves within a scaling business.

The role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on in platforms, but also wants to have a voice in how campaigns are structured, delivered, and improved over time.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels and accounts
Take responsibility for performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results
Oversee campaign budgets and ensure spend is aligned with objectives
Bring consistency to how campaigns are set up, managed, and reported on
Identify gaps in current ways of working and introduce more effective approaches
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with wider activity
Provide guidance and support to more junior team members where needed
Contribute ideas to improve overall digital performance and output
